Upon request I will perform Independent Medical Exams (IMEs) for patients. These are assessments to provide an objective evaluation of an individual’s medical condition.
The purpose of the IME is to provide an unbiased and expert perspective on the individual’s health status, helping to resolve legal or insurance disputes by offering an objective evaluation that considers the physical findings and medical facts at hand. The findings from an IME can be instrumental in informing legal decisions, insurance claims, or other situations where an impartial medical assessment is required.
My process will help ensure fairness in legal disputes, insurance claims, or workplace injury cases, as the IME provides an independent perspective that considers medical evidence and documentation. IMEs contribute to the integrity of decision-making processes, offering a reliable and objective evaluation that aids in resolving disputes and promoting transparency in matters related to health and well-being.
